  1. Meanwhile, line a 8" x 8" square tray with greaseproof paper. The quantity above is enough for 2 trays (24 bars, depending on size cut). Melt the coconut oil and almond butter gently over a saucepan, or in the microwave. Whisk in the cocoa powder, maple syrup until all well combined.
  2. Arrange the mixed nuts in the lined trays, with coconut flakes, chia seeds, goji berries or cranberries/raspberries). Pour over the melted chocolate mixture, to evenly cover the nuts.
  3. Place in the refridgerator or freeze until they have set hard, then remove from the tin and cut into small squares or fingers - approx 5cm x 3cm. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
Recipe Notes

Tip: Cut the nuts smaller than the image shown as it tends to make the bars break when cutting.  The chocolate tends to mold around smaller pieces.
