No bake, no hassle flapjack or granola bars. Takes just 15 minutes to mix up and the hardest part of these morsels is the waiting time for them to set in the freezer, before you can eat them!

Instructions
  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Microwave the honey and nut butter in a separate bowl for 45 seconds to melt, stir to combine.
  2. Add the honey/nut butter mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well until coated.
  3. Press the mixture into an 8" x 8" square tray, lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
  4. Cut into bite-size pieces or 8 larger pieces and keep in the fridge.
Recipe Notes

You will find that the bars will be very crumbly, so you may wish to increase the honey by an additional tbsp.  The recipe is trying to keep down the sugar quantity for calories sake 🙂
