  1. Add half the banana, skimmed milk (or alternative), 2 handfuls of spinach and half the carrot and blitz.
Recipe Notes

If you want a more luxurious smoothie use almond milk (higher calorie and fat content).  For a really healthy option, replace with coconut water, reducing the fat content by 1.7gr and halving the cals of the milk.
