Instructions
  1. Make the pastry and form into a ball. Cover in cling film and leave to stand for half an hour. Then roll out.
  2. Combine all the filling ingredients, leaving out the jam.
  3. Line the bun tins with the pastry, adding a small spoonful of jam in each. Add the topping.
  4. Bake at 180C/350F/Gas 4
