  1. If like me you have a blender that can blitz to a fine pulp (using a nutri bullet or nutri ninja). These two I know can achieve this. Otherwise you might want to blend and then sieve to remove some the sediment. If the consistency is too thick, simply add some water.
Recipe Notes

Don't like ginger?  You can leave it out and add another favourite spice, like cinnamon.

I like sweetness, but you can substitute the apple or orange for berries.  Using frozen ones will make the smoothie really cold.  If you find it too thick, you can add some water.
